“Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” - Helen Keller
I announced in my last post that July would see me committing to my own needs by taking a break to tend to sudden health matters, and this post is going to be a quick update on what’s been flowering in the background since the end of June.
It’s been a rough couple of months and will take me several more to get back up to my Speedy Gonzales self I’m known for. But the good news is; that’s the outlook and I’m getting there. The downtime has given me plenty to reflect on including another unexpected event that is shaping up to mean a physical relocation. But more on that as and when.
This neatly leads me into the direction of this publication.
During the break, I’ve received some beautiful wishes and thanks. This publication is still in its infancy but since it began, I’ve been writing forecasts, teaching about tarot and lenormand, sharing personal experience, answering questions, discussing numerology, outlining Acceptance and Commitment therapeutic exercises, and offering reflective questions for personal growth.

With no end to global unrest in sight and heightened energetic shifts, many of us are fantasising about becoming Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. So in the absence of a few teleporting heel-clicks, this publication will be refocusing to respond to a more flexible, personal values-aligned schedule. Topics will still orbit intuition and existentialism, but focussing in more on achieving a greater sense of identity and individuality in combination with Acceptance and Commitment therapy on:
how to be inspired and create momentum when you don’t believe in yourself, are fighting against patterns, cycles and current world changes that lead you to a sense of life being stacked against you;
and how to maintain a sense of identity, self and individualism during whirlpools of change, find and maintain your footing, and continue to develop and understand your place in the world.
In the simultaneous interests of taking care of my own time and energy, I’m therefore going to rest the collective forecasts but not before highlighting the last post I wrote that saw the energy to the end of July being about letting go of long held struggles and transforming ourselves in accordance with our soul’s purpose. Inspiring your intuitive craft with Tarot will remain since I will pictorially show how the cards are answering your questions in Q+A posts, but I will focus more on the guidance rather than the card meanings.
“Creating community is creating culture - practice, ritual, social norms. What does creation look like so we are not just filled up when we are depleted but live a life that is less depleting?” - Mira Birdsong
Over the last couple of months, the words of Joseph Nguyen and Wilder have been providing my soul with solace. Words organised in a certain way can touch our hearts at a time we need to be held the most, and we can get that much needed sense of being seen when it really matters.
Whilst I’m not about to get all poetic on you, I’m interested to observe how my writing voice will evolve as I do my best to reflect my soul’s essence onto your screen in a way that is compassionate and committed to guiding you as best I can.
What would you like answering?
No matter what the topic, if it’s holding you back or undermining your sense of sanity, it’s worth asking the question. For a simple overview into your challenge, email me using the button below. All questions will appear as anonymous to protect your identity.
Subscription Changes
I’ve battled with the decision to create paid-for posts for a while but the truth of it is, considered writing takes time and effort. My words are learned and organised through decades of study, practice and experience - they have value, and so does my time.
With social media, we are the product. Endless pages of catnip are funded by ads, whereas on Substack, we are taken care of by independent writers using their expertise away from algorithms, and providing us with substantial value.
That said, I also recognise those who are under financial strain at this time, so if you email me, I will offer you a complimentary paid subscription if you find value from this publication and are currently unable to meet the financial pledge.
However you choose to support me, I thank you, welcome you, and look forward to connecting.
